Stage one : Round Robin
All 16 teams were devided into four groups. Each group will play in a single round robin with the top two teams in each group advancing into the quarterfinals. The eight teams will play in a single round and the top three will advance in the World Group at the Junior Fed Cup by BNP Paribas Finals in Reggio Emilia, Italy.
